The Melbourne Ayyapa Seva Sangam was officially formed in year 2008 and conducted the first Mandala Pooja and Annadhanam @ Gaelic Park, 324 Perry Road, Keysborough, Victoria-3173
The mission of Melbourne Ayyappa Seva Sangam (MASS) is to build a traditional Lord Sree Ayyappa Swamy Temple in Melbourne in line with Traditional Hindu Tantrik Agama Shasthra and Vaastu Shasthra
Sree Ayyappa Swamy Temple will serve the purpose of providing a place of worship for all devotees who believes and follows devotional values of Lord Sree Ayyappa Swamy
The Temple supports all of our community activities for all age groups
To build a traditional Lord Sree Ayyappa Swamy temple with Holy 18 steps in Melbourne Victoria with Annadhana Mandapam and Cultural Hall in line with Hindu Tanthrik Agama Sasthra and Vaastu Sasthra
2011: MASS started conducting monthly pooja’s at devotee’s houses in line with Sabarimala calendar
2014: MASS conducted first ever Mandala Pooja in Australia in line with Sabarimala tradition with two priests from India
2016: MASS started conducting monthly poojas in line with Sabarimala calendar in neutral venue initially it was conducted @ Lynbrook Community Hall , 2 Harris street, Lynbrook, Vic -3975 & Amma Ashram 842 Frankston – Dandenong Rd, Carrum Downs VIC 3201
Currently its conducted @Alan McLean Hall ,37 Albert street , Mordialloc, Vic-3195
2019: Melbourne Ayyappa Seva Sangam Limited was registed with ASIC, ACNC and ATO
04/2019: Mass successfully completed Land acquisition for Temple Project (1915 Dandenong-Hastings Road, Pearcedale Vic 3912)
04/2021 - MASS started conducting Hindu New Year Pooja in line with Sabarimala Traditions
Expanding Melbourne Ayyappa Seva Sangam with more community members
Increasing number of devotees participation in Monthly poojas, Annual Mandala Pooja and Hindu New Year Pooja
